Symbols on the Machine
The machine includes symbols for safe operation:

Fuel refill connection – located on the fuel tank cap

Chain oil refill – located on the oil cap

Switch indicator – turning to “O” stops the engine

Choke indicator – pulling the knob closes the choke

Chain oil adjustment nut – “Min” decreases flow, “Max” increases flow
(Additional markings indicate the positions of the H needle, L needle, and idle adjustment screw.)
Before Using the Device

Read the manual carefully.

Never use the device under the influence of alcohol, drugs, fatigue, or medication.

Do not run the engine indoors — exhaust contains harmful carbon monoxide.

👉 Limit operation to about 10 minutes per session with 10–20 minute breaks, and no more than 2 hours per day.

Never operate barefoot, in sandals, or with loose clothing.
Fuel Safety Warning

The engine uses a highly flammable fuel mixture.
-
Never refuel near flames, sparks, or heat sources.
-
Do not smoke while refueling.
-
Turn off the engine before adding fuel.
-
Clean up spilled fuel before restarting.
-
Move at least 10 ft (3 m) from the fueling area before starting.
Starting the Engine (Basic Overview)

Fill fuel and chain oil and tighten caps.
-
Set the switch to the start position.
-
Hold the throttle and lock.
-
Pull the choke closed.
-
Place the saw firmly on the ground and pull the starter rope.
⚠️ Never start the chainsaw while holding it with one hand.
Allow the engine to warm up slightly after starting.
Checking Chain Oil
Run the chain at medium speed and confirm oil is flowing.
Adjust oil flow with a screwdriver if necessary.
👉 Always refill chain oil when refueling.
Carburetor Adjustment
The carburetor is factory set but may need fine tuning depending on conditions.

Stop the engine before adjustments.
-
Ensure filters are clean and fuel is properly mixed.
-
Adjust idle so the chain does not rotate.
Fuel Mixture
Use regular gasoline mixed with quality 2-stroke engine oil.
✅ Recommended ratio: 25:1
Never use old or recycled oil.
Kickback Warning
Kickback occurs when the guide bar tip touches an object or the chain gets pinched.
To reduce risk:

Hold the saw firmly with both hands

Keep the cutting area clear
-
Cut at high engine speeds
-
Never cut above shoulder height
-
Maintain chain sharpness
-
Use only approved bars and chains
Important Maintenance Warning
Metal parts become extremely hot after shutdown.
Leave repairs not listed in this manual to a qualified service dealer.
